The Special Autonomy Funds are not for Poverty Alleviation: A lesson from Aceh's Way

This article is about the Allocation of Special Autonomy Fund's efforts to combat poverty in Aceh. The Fund began 2008 and will continue until 2027, with goal achieving highest level peace Data derived from interviews supporting documents Bappeda Aceh Indonesian Ministry Finance, as well a quantitative method based on case studies. Following that, data analyzed through methods display, reduction, analysis. findings indicate that unable significantly reduce levels key point not pro-poor budgeting failing address problem Aceh.
